1. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
 

• We do not provide any refunds (full or partial) for any:

   

  • courses or programs

  • memberships / subscriptions

  • online or offline classes

• Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

• This policy applies to all payment modes (online, UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

 
 
2. Digital Content & Educational Services
 
Our classes, recordings, notes and tools are educational digital services.
Once access is given, it cannot be reversed, therefore no refund or cancellation is possible.
 
 
3. Commitment to Quality
 

• We are committed to providing high-quality stock market & financial market education.

• Our team continuously works on improving content, live sessions and support to give you maximum value from your enrollment.

 
 
4. Individual Learning Responsibility
 

• Learning results depend on your effort, practice, discipline and market conditions.

• We do not guarantee profits, returns or any fixed income from the stock market.

• Refunds will not be given on the basis of individual trading results, expectations or lack of time to attend classes.

 
 
5. Course Transfer Option
 
If you are unable to continue:
 

• You may transfer your course/enrollment to a friend or relative,

• Transfer is allowed only once,

• A transfer processing fee will be applicable as per academy rules,

• Transfer will be done only after full payment and proper written request to our support team.

 
 
6. Discretion of the Institute
 

• Any rare exception or special case will be decided only at the sole discretion of

  Mentor Aditya Jain Academy Private Limited.

• The decision of the Company will be final and binding.
