📊 What Are Volume Spikes?

Volume spikes are sudden surges in traded quantity on a stock or crypto chart. These usually happen due to large institutional buying/selling or news-based moves.

But smart traders don’t just look at price — they watch volume first.

🔍 Why Volume Spikes Matter:

• A price rise with high volume = strong bullish confirmation

• A price rise with low volume = risky breakout, possibly fake

• A big red candle with high volume = potential operator exit

• Sideways price with rising volume = possible breakout buildup

📘 Tip for Learners:

Combine volume analysis with support/resistance zones and candle patterns for maximum accuracy. Never use volume alone.
